How am I supposed to wake up early to go to the gym when I can’t even fall asleep.
Fitness problems, I swear.
Day 3
I’m EXHAUSTED. I’ve been out and about all day… ready to pass out.
Here’s the plan I followed today:
Tuesday, July 10, 2012
10:00am - Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs with broccoli, 1 turkey sausage link, and 2 small corn tortillas
12:00pm - Snack 1: Peanut butter and honey sandwich
3:00pm - Meal 2: 2 turkey sliders with avocado, lettuce, and tomato
5:00pm - Snack 2: 16 oz Strawberry Surf Rider with Daily Vitamin boost (Jamba Juice!)
7:00pm - Meal 3: 1/4 c Quinoa veggie stir-fry (with broccoli, carrot, and mushroom)
Exercise: 260 calories burned
Total Calories: 1255/1200
For exercise, I did two circuits of the Ab Ripper X workout from P90X along with some additional abs/oblique workouts. To end the workout, I did 20 minutes of jogging on the track.

Big breakfast this morning: 430 calories
I REGRET NOTHING
And I know what you’re thinking… it’s a turkey sausage ;)

It’s 6:30am and no no no I don’t want to go… 5 more minutes… Then gym time!
Sleeping in my gym clothes so I have no excuse when I wake up. Wahah.
